Two hours on foot through Sant Antoni and the Raval in a small group, with a guide who knows the neighbourhood and its bars. At each stop the guide picks the tapas, platillos and local wines worth sharing and tells the story behind each dish. At some point someone will hand you a porró, the glass jug Catalans drink wine from at arm's length.

- Meeting point: Ronda de Sant Antoni 84, in front of Casa de Menjars Buenavista. Ends at Xurreria Pau 2005, Carrer de Calàbria 23.

Paris
Visite de Paris à vélo
Three hours by bike from the Eiffel Tower along the Seine to Notre-Dame and the Louvre, mostly on bike lanes and riverside paths. By the end you have a clear sense of how the city fits together. The guide mixes history with lighter stories: why the tower was never taken down, where every road distance to Paris is measured from, which details most people walk straight past. Before the group parts, the guide leaves you a short list of places worth your evening.
- Route: SECCO Grenelle (start) · Eiffel Tower · Hôtel des Invalides · Pont Alexandre III · Musée d'Orsay · Sainte-Chapelle · Notre-Dame · Hôtel de Ville · the Louvre · Grand Palais and Petit Palais · finish at 24 Rue Edgar Faure. The order can change a little with traffic, events and weather.

- Cancellation: free up to 24 hours before the start, full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refunded.
- After booking with children: send us each child's age and height in centimetres so we can have the right bikes and seats ready.
- Arrival: come 15 minutes before the start. If you arrive late, the tour still finishes at the usual time. If you're running late, message us.
- Weather: in light rain that is still safe, the tour runs on a careful route. If conditions become dangerous, we contact you as early as possible to move the tour or offer alternatives.
- What to bring: comfortable clothes, flat closed-toe shoes, water, sunscreen in summer, a warm layer for winter evenings, and your camera.
- Payment for groups: companies and agencies can pay by bank transfer or card, and we issue official invoices.
Private tours and groups
- Private tours give your group its own guide, and we adjust the route and the pace to you. Barcelona: €250 for a group of up to five, then €50 per person from six riders. Paris: €300 for a group of up to five, then €60 per person, up to 15 riders. E-bike upgrade as on the group tours. Choose the private option in the booking calendar.
- Large groups (companies, schools, travel agencies, big groups of friends) ride in several small groups at the same time, each with its own guide. We can adapt the route to your plans and, in Barcelona, bring the bikes to your hotel or another starting point. Write to hola@tresgatos.es with your dates and group size.

Which tour fits
- First day in Barcelona or Paris
- The bike tour in either city. It covers the main sights in three hours, gives you a feel for how the city is laid out, and ends with the guide's own list of places for the rest of your stay.
- A couple or a small group of friends
- The group bike tour, or a private tour if you'd like the route and pace to yourselves. In Barcelona, the tapas tour works well as an evening on the same day.
- A family with children
- The bike tour, if children ride confidently and are at least 120 cm tall. Younger children can come along in a child seat on request, and in Paris also on a tag-along trailer bike. In Paris, the medieval walk suits families with strollers.
- Haven't cycled in years, or worried about keeping up
- The bike tour with an e-bike. The pace is easy either way, and the e-bike makes starting off and gentle climbs effortless.
- A company, school or large group
- Write to us. Larger groups ride as several small groups with their own guides, on a route that fits your schedule.
- Food and the local way of eating
- The Barcelona Tapas Tour, in English or French, at 18:00.
- History, legends and the darker side of a city
- The Paris Medieval Walking Tour. In Barcelona, the bike tour covers the Roman and medieval old town as well as Gaudí.
- Someone who uses a wheelchair
- The Paris Medieval Walking Tour is wheelchair accessible. The bike tours are not.
- Barcelona between late November and early January
- The Barcelona Christmas Bike Tour, an evening ride through the lights and the Christmas markets at 17:15. Until 23 December it includes the markets at the Sagrada Família and the Cathedral.
- Hot summer days
- The 10:15 or the evening start (17:15 in Barcelona, 16:45 in Paris) avoids the strongest midday heat.
Questions
Riding
- Do I need to be a strong cyclist?
- No. You need to ride a bike comfortably, not fast. We keep an easy pace, ride mostly on bike lanes, quiet streets and riverside paths, and stop often.
- Is it safe to cycle in Barcelona and Paris traffic?
- The routes are planned around bike lanes and quiet streets, the guide leads the group and keeps it together, and every tour starts with a short safety briefing.
- How long is the ride?
- About three hours including stops on the regular bike tours, and about two and a half hours on the Barcelona Christmas tour. A lot of that time is spent standing at the stops, listening and taking photos, not pedalling.
- Do I have to wear a helmet?
- Helmets are included and offered to everyone. For adults on city streets they are optional. Children wear one: by law, cyclists under 16 in Spain and under 12 in France must wear a helmet.
- How big are the groups?
- Small. Most groups have five or six riders. Larger parties are split into several small groups, each with its own guide.
E-bikes
- Can I ride an e-bike?
- Yes. In Barcelona the upgrade costs €20 per person (€54 in total) and is for riders 150 cm and taller. In Paris it costs €30 per person and is for riders aged 14 and over. You add it when you book.
- Can some of us take e-bikes and others normal bikes?
- Yes. The upgrade is chosen per person, and the group rides together at the same easy pace.
Children and families
- From what age can children join?
- Children who ride confidently and are at least 120 cm tall ride their own bike. Younger children can ride in a child seat on request in both cities. In Paris we also have tag-along trailer bikes, which attach to a parent's bike so a child can pedal along. The Paris bike tour is not suitable for babies under one.
- Is there a children's price?
- Yes, for ages 4 to 13: €32 on the Barcelona bike tour and the Christmas tour, €40 on the Paris bike tour, €25 on the tapas tour and the medieval walk.
What the tours include
- Do we go inside the Sagrada Família, the Eiffel Tower or the Louvre?
- No. We stop outside for the views, the photos and the stories. If you want to go in, book a timed ticket for another part of your day.
- Is food included on the tapas tour?
- No. You pay at each bar, usually €5 to €10 per person per stop. The guide tells you what's worth ordering and sharing.
- Is there a food stop on the bike tours?
- Not on the regular bike tours: the guide points out places to eat along the route and gives you a list for afterwards. The Barcelona Christmas tour stops for a warm drink and something seasonal, which guests pay for themselves.
- When are the Christmas markets open?
- In Barcelona, the Fira de Santa Llúcia and the market at the Sagrada Família usually run from the end of November to 23 December. Our Christmas bike tour visits both on those dates and keeps running with the lights until 6 January.
Practical
- Que se passe-t-il s'il pleut ?
- In light rain the tour runs on a careful route. If it becomes unsafe, we contact you as early as possible to reschedule or offer alternatives.
- What if I'm late?
- Message us. The tour finishes at the usual time, so arriving late shortens your ride.
- Can I leave luggage before the Barcelona tour?
- Yes, small bags at a partner facility near the meeting point, €3 per bag.
- Do you run tours in Spanish?
- Public group tours run in the languages listed above. For a private tour or a large group in Spanish, write to us.
- Do you run tours in Madrid or Valencia?
- Not at the moment. Tours there are paused, and we currently run in Barcelona and Paris only.
- Should I tip the guide?
- Tips are not included and are entirely up to you.
