Larger groups ride as several small ones, each with its own guide, starting and finishing together. One contact, one plan and an official invoice.

Do I need to be a strong cyclist?
No. You need to ride a bike comfortably, not fast. We keep an easy pace, ride mostly on bike lanes and stop often. If you haven't ridden in a while, an e-bike makes starting off and keeping up easier.
Can children join?
Yes, if they ride confidently. Children aged 4 to 13 have their own ticket. After booking, send us each child's age and height so we can have the right bikes ready.
Can I ride an e-bike?
Yes. In Barcelona the city bike tour costs €54 on an e-bike, and the Montjuïc tour always includes one. In Paris the e-bike upgrade is €30 per person, for riders aged 14 and over.
What if it rains?
In light rain we ride with a careful route. If conditions become unsafe, we contact you as early as possible to move the tour or give you a full refund.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel up to 24 hours before the tour starts, you get a full refund.
Do you run private tours?
Yes. A private tour gives your group its own guide, and we adjust the route and the pace to you. Choose the private option in the calendar, or write to us at hola@tresgatos.es for larger groups.
